We develop semiconductors that play a pivotal role in Japan’s technological innovation. Our company was born in 1967 as an import agency dealing with equipment for the development and manufacture of semiconductors. Subsequently, we started developing our own products, which allowed us to support many research organizations and universities as a manufacturer and trading company. In order to help create pleasant research environments for a bright future, we provide equipment that meets your needs.
